Document signing and acceptance

Signing documents and terms: more than 30 use cases, each with its configuration

Consent forms, quotes, authorisations, rental contracts, rules, engagement letters… Any text your customer has to read and accept is set up the same way: a page with your text, the details you need and the signing options. Here is how each sector configures it, so you can copy yours.

Four decisions, in any sector

The platform's texts are neutral —“the person signing”—: they work just as well for a patient, a student, a guest or a customer. What changes from one business to another is this:

  • The page: an introductory text and what is accepted, which can be written terms (up to 20,000 characters) or a PDF document with the “I have read and I accept” box.
  • The details: a form with what you need (name, ID number, date, email, an authorisation tick box…). If you have them, you enter them when preparing the signature and the person only checks them.
  • The signature: on your tablet or with the QR code (with a finger signature and, if you want, an SMS code), remotely with a link by SMS, or with a fixed link or a QR code at the counter for everyone.
  • When it is done: a confirmation SMS (none, standard or certified) and the PDF receipt by email, to the person signing and to you.
Health and wellbeing

Consent forms that are read in full and signed at reception

What it costs, in any sector

No fees and no lock-in: a prepaid balance that never expires (amounts excl. VAT).

  • Each signature or acceptance with a receipt: €0.10 from your balance.
  • Each SMS sent —the link, the code or the confirmation— to Spain: €0.039.
  • Surcharge for the certified confirmation: €0.25.

It is a simple electronic acceptance with a receipt, and the PDF itself says so. When you need more, there is certified messaging. All prices, on the pricing page.

Signing and acceptance with a receipt are not offered to mobile numbers in the USA or Canada.
