Bulk SMS prices by country and WhatsApp Business API rates in Spain

At SMSverifica an SMS to Spain costs €0.039 (160 GSM-7 characters). The price of bulk SMS depends on the destination country: France €0.08, United Kingdom €0.0534, Germany €0.0926 and USA/Canada €0.0083. No monthly fees and no lock-in: you only pay for the messages you send.

It depends on where it fails, and we say so plainly: if the send is rejected before it reaches the network (provider failure, no rate for the destination, orphaned queue), the amount goes back to your balance by itself and is recorded in the history. If the operator accepts the message and the failure comes later in the delivery report (phone switched off, number does not exist…), the message is billed anyway: that is how networks bill every provider, and we would rather say so than promise a refund that no operator gives us.

An SMS holds 160 characters with the GSM-7 alphabet or 70 with Unicode characters (special accents, emojis). Concatenated SMS are split into parts of 153 or 67 characters and each part is charged as one SMS.
