How much does it cost to send bulk SMS in Spain?

At SMSverifica an SMS to Spain costs €0.039 per 160-character message, with no monthly fees and no lock-in. The Spanish market ranges between €0.029 and €0.08 depending on volume; with our prepaid model in euros you only pay for what you send and your balance never expires. What is the WhatsApp Business API and how does it differ from the WhatsApp Business app?

The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official interface for connecting WhatsApp to your software, CRM or ERP: approved templates, bulk sending, multiple agents and automation without a mobile app. The WhatsApp Business app is free but limited to one device and to broadcasts of 256 contacts; the API is paid, has none of those limits and can be integrated through a REST API.

How much does the WhatsApp Business API cost?

We publish our price per message, by conversation category: €0.005 per message in ALL categories (service, utility, authentication and marketing), with no monthly fee for the line and no set-up cost. Meta bills its conversation fees separately, to your own WhatsApp Business account. To enable the channel you need a business account verified by Meta and a number of your own: Meta approves it and it usually takes several days.

Can my company send Telegram messages to its customers?

Yes. With SMSverifica you connect your own Telegram bot for business and send notifications, notices and campaigns to customers who have started a conversation with the bot, at €0.010 per message. None of the Spanish platforms we compared in July 2026 (LabsMobile, Instasent, Esendex and others) offered Telegram as a channel.

Is it legal to send promotional SMS in Spain?

Yes, as long as you have the recipient's prior express consent (art. 21 of the Spanish LSSI) or there is a prior contractual relationship regarding similar products or services, and you include a simple way to opt out. SMSverifica approves every account manually to check that the intended use complies with the LSSI and the GDPR and to protect the reputation of the sending routes.

Does the SMSverifica prepaid balance expire?

No, never. The balance is in euros and remains available with no expiry date, unlike other SMS platforms where the balance expires after 15 or 18 months. Top up whenever you like, with no fees and no lock-in.
